Booking a Tour or Service
You can find detailed information about all our tours and services on this website, or you may contact our staff for the most up‑to‑date details. Further inquiries can be made through the “Contact Us” form or forum. All tours are subject to online booking. You may also fill out a bespoke tour form to receive a customised itinerary within 24 hours.
Upon tour confirmation, which is recommended at least one week before your arrival, you are required to pay an initial deposit of 30% of the total trip or service cost via PayPal. This deposit is refundable during the off‑season, but deductions may apply during the high‑season depending on the circumstances.
On your arrival or on the first day of your trip, you will need to pay the remaining 70% by cash or bank transfer. Please note that international transfers from foreign banks and Western Union payments are available. Other online payment methods: PayPal and AliPay.
Cancellation
Cancellations are only permitted in case of emergencies such as health issues or natural disasters. In such situations, please notify us as soon as possible to minimise costs for both parties.
Your 30% deposit is refundable during the off‑season, with a 50% deduction from the refund amount. However, during the high‑season (Tibetan New Year / Monlam Festival, National Holidays, and June to September), the deposit is non‑refundable due to tight scheduling and pre‑booked arrangements.
If you need to end your trip early for personal reasons, all fees are non‑refundable. In the event of natural disasters or other force majeure circumstances, 50% of the cost for the unused days will be refunded.
Complaints & Reviews
You have the right to submit a complaint regarding any inconvenience or dissatisfaction during your trip or in your dealings with us. Complaints can be sent via the “Contact Us” form or any other contact method provided on our website, and we will respond to you within 24 hours.
